We are now looking for Director, Digital People Experience, for Human Resources.
The Human Resources supports Kemira’s strategy and business objectives by developing the organization and people processes, driving leadership and talent development, and by providing efficient HR services to the business. Our digital HR transformation has been established years ago and the organization is actively using digital people solutions in their every-day work. The next chapter of our digital people experience will be AI and how it will shape the future of work at Kemira.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Lead the digital people solutions roadmap, drive the initiatives forward and own the outcomes.
Contribute to translating the Kemira strategy to people roadmap
Lead continuous development of digital people solutions and people analytics in close collaboration with Kemira IT.
Act as HR representative towards Kemira Sustainability and provide insights and recommendations related to social sustainability and people.
Lead small team of HR professionals
What you’ll bring to the team:
Strong experience in HR digital transformation and development of HR cloud solutions
Experience in design thinking and agile methods for people experience development
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and influence in a global diverse organization
