As a Sustainability Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals by providing valuable insights. Being part of Kalmar's transformation into a sustainability-focused and future-proof company, you will be focusing on high-quality sustainability reporting to fulfil regulatory and stakeholder expectations. The role will include close cooperation with Kalmar's divisions and sites. Building trust and transparency by ensuring reliable data for Kalmar target setting, performance management and mandatory reporting and through this strengthening and supporting Kalmar's decarbonization and sustainability journey will be at the core of this position.

As a Sustainability Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goals by providing valuable insights. Main tasks and responsibilities
- To be the main user of Kalmar EHS reporting system (currently CR360)
- To analyze environmental and health & safety data and ensure the data quality
- To be responsible for GHG emissions Scope 1 and 2 reporting
- To participate in the GHG emissions Scope 3 calculation solution, reports and dashboards development
- To develop further the reporting and data processes of sustainability data
- To support in the annual assurance process of the sustainability data (CSRD).
Education
- Master's Degree in a relevant engineering or business discipline.
- 1-4 years working experience with data and sustainability topics
- Experience from reporting and data analytics
- Experience and/or knowledge in sustainability frameworks and standards (GHG protocol, CSRD etc) is an advantage
- Experience and/or knowledge in reporting process development is an advantage.
- Your own self driven interest of the sustainability reporting content
- Passion towards sustainable practises, particularly reporting, and understanding of the overall sustainability landscape
- Proactive attitude towards continuous reporting process improvements
- Detail oriented viewpoint in data quality
- Data analytic skills
- Fluency in English. Other languages are an advantage
- Excellent social and team working skills.
