Solution Analyst, PowerBI
Are you passionate about leveraging data and analytics to drive informed business decisions? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Finance Development team in Helsinki, Finland.
As a Solution Analyst, you will be a part of a Group level project focusing on enforcing our reporting capabilities. Your primary focus will be on harmonizing and rebuilding our existing PowerBI in the new environment built on-top of Microsoft and SAP tools. In 2024, you will lead the effort in this area, crafting interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports of various complexity levels.
After completing the project, your role will shift more towards business partnering both for Hartwall and other Royal Unibrew markets. You will continue working closely with stakeholders in Group IT and Group Finance but will have increasing number of business stakeholders on different markets to understand their requirements and recommend the most suitable reporting solutions, ranging from enterprise-based report building to self-service models.

Responsibilities:
- Rebuild interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports as part of the group reporting project (emphasis in 2024).
- Act as a business partner, gathering reporting requirements and recommending the most suitable reporting solutions.
- Translating reporting requirements into technical specifications.
- Recommend dashboard and report visualizations to effectively serve business needs.
- Design and map data models to transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Document guidelines and report specifications.
- Provide training and support to end users to drive adoption of reporting and dashboard solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Group IT (backend development), Group Finance and various business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Business Intelligence tools, preferably PowerBI.
- Interest in and understanding of data structures and dimensions.
- Analytical and solution-driven mindset with strong prioritization skills.
- Ability to think abstractly and tackle under-defined problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and willingness to work closely with both Business, Finance and IT stakeholders
- Capable of working independently as well as in collaborative and cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Finnish.
Seen as a benefit:
- Willingness to learn Microsoft suite tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps
- Experience in DAX Queries
- Experience in SAP BI tools: Analysis for Office, BW/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud
