What is the job like, really? 🤔
Sales Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring Vincit's and our customers' growth. Your job is to help our customers to turn digital into business results. You will build and maintain relationships with the customers, consult them in taking advantage of digitalization, and sell like hell! You will focus on new business, but additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage in upselling within existing customers and framework agreements.

🎯 Solution Sales Proficiency: Showcase your proven track record in solution sales to contribute to our success.
🎯 Consulting Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong grasp of consulting business principles to provide valuable insights.
🎯 Customer Team Support: Utilize various strategies to empower customer teams and surpass set objectives, including leveraging sales signals and implementing the Land & Expand strategy.
🎯 Digital Channel Optimization: Enhance customer and sales experiences through a deep understanding of digital channels and their optimization potential.
🎯 Sellable Concept Development: Identify opportunities within digital interaction channels and collaborate with experts to translate them into compelling concepts.
🎯 Modern Software Development Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of modern software development trends, including composable architecture, SaaS components, SCRUM, and business design.
🎯 Contributing to Strategic Discussions: Engage in discussions bridging business and technology, providing valuable input in steering committees and advisory situations.
🎯 Industry-Specific Knowledge: Possessing expertise in specific industries (manufacturing, energy, baking, retail - you name it!) will be highly advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of industry-specific nuances.
🎯 Language Proficiency and Flexibility: Fluent communication in both English and Finnish, with the flexibility to travel to various Vincit locations, particularly in Helsinki, Tampere, and Turku.
