Quality Manager

We are looking for a Quality Manager to join our global Quality team in the Automation Systems Business Line. As Quality Manager, your main responsibilities are related to Supply Chain, Product Management and R&D quality management. In this position, you will develop a wide variety of quality related processes and collaborate with other teams in a cross-functional business environment. You will work with colleagues locally and globally.

You'll work with different Supply Chain operations such as production, logistics, procurement, and supplier quality to support process development to enable high quality. You'll collaborate with R&D and Product Management to support the relevant quality and development efforts. You'll also develop the product quality assurance process with and end-to-end view from product management to supply chain. You will also have a chance to work with a broad spectrum of other interesting quality topics.

Typical work tasks include for example:

• Root cause analyses of critical project deliveries within Supply Chain

• Reporting of quality KPI's within Supply Chain and planning of development actions based on the KPI's

• Coordinating supplier audits and participation in external ISO and customer audits

• Leading development projects in matrix organization

• Implementation of quality processes in global ERP roll-outs

• Influencing quality performance in management team meetings

You will be located in our Tampere office (Lentokentänkatu).

To be successful in this role you should have

• 3-5 years' experience in quality management and/or quality assurance

• A suitable master's degree in industrial engineering and management, information management, automation engineering or similar, including quality related courses

• Experience or formal training in business process management

• Knowledge of supply chain and R&D processes

• Leadership skills and understanding of influencing people in the matrix organization

• Good verbal and written communication and training skills

• Fluent English and Finnish skills
