Haemme tällä hetkellä Projektipäällikköä varainhankinnan tehtävään yhteistyökumppanillemme. Projektipäällikkönä pääset vastaamaan varainhankinnan kokonaisuuden kehittämisestä, varainhankinnan tekemisestä sekä tiimin tuloksesta. Tehtävään haetaan henkilöä, jolla on kokemusta varainhankinnasta tai myynnistä. Tehtävä sisältää pohja-ansion sekä erittäin kannustavat provisiot.
Tehtävänkuvaus:
- Varainhankinnan asiakkuuden kehittäminen
- Tiimin kasvattaminen, kouluttaminen ja kehittäminen
- Tulosvastuu kuukausilahjoittajien hankkimisesta
- Työvuorojen suunnittelu ja koordinointi

We are looking for a new Project Manager for a fundraising project to work for our partner! As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing the fundraising operations as well as ensuring that the team meets its targets. As a requirement for the role, we are looking for someone with experience in fundraising and/or sales. The role will come with a base salary and a great bonus-system!
Responsibilities:
- Development of fundraising client account
- Growing, training and developing a fundraising team
- Profit responsibility for acquiring monthly donors
- Work shift planning and coordination
What are we expecting from you?

✨ Self-initiative and creative way of thinking
✨ Excellent interaction and communication skills
✨ Interest towards fundraising destinations, the brands our partner represents often collect funds for children in challenging situations and victims of conflicts
