About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Project Leader to join the CTO Delivery and Oversight team in GBS. At Nordea, we're deeply committed to deliver the financial solutions of tomorrow.
What you'll be doing
  • Plan and carry out small-scale initiatives, follow up on deliverables, manage risks and handle administration to successfully complete the initiative and achieve business goals
  • Translate business needs to tangible project objectives for projects within CTO
  • Assume role as key enabler for successful execution of Projects, Programmes and Agile Release Trains, coordinating with Project Portfolio Management and acting as a bridge with other Execution Leaders
  • Clarify expectations, ensure adequate stakeholder involvement, share information and facilitate open and honest dialogues to secure alignment and transparent communication
  • Understand the project risks and compliance issues to facilitate and define proper mitigating actions.
The role is based in Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen or Gdynia.

Your experience and background:
  • Delivery Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries, Portfolio Health)
  • Reporting and Progress follow-up / tracking (Progress Reports, Financial Reports, KPIs Reporting)
  • Dependency Management (Dependency Map and Follow-up)
  • Able to communicate effectively and drive follow up actions to different stakeholders at all levels of the organization
