About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Lead Project Leader to join the CTO Delivery and Oversight team. At Nordea, we're deeply committed to deliver the financial solutions of tomorrow.
What you'll be doing:
- As we improve how we deliver our CTO Portfolio Change Agenda, be part of shaping an efficient execution and delivery set-up, build durable high-performing teams, conduct change management activities and develop a culture of continuous learning
- Establish and drive E2E delivery for large to highly complex initiatives to achieve successful business outcome. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering change by driving the Strategic technology targets and enablers in the bank
- Deliver on agreed objectives in a predictable and transparent manner and participate in change management initiatives
- Set and clarify expectations, share information and actively manage stakeholders to secure alignment, provide transparency and clear communications
- Coordinate with projects across different value chain

Your experience and background:
- Experience working as Change Execution Leader or Programme Lead in technically complex, multi business area delivery initiatives for 7+ years
- Proven delivery track record, both in delivery recovery and shaping large to highly complex change programmes involving infrastructure and platform development
- Analytical skills and ability to deal with complex and demanding issues
- Proactively manage Senior stakeholders and successfully deliver according to agreed scope and priorities in a predictable and transparent manner
- Experience delivering change initiative in Agile and/or SAFe methodology is a plus
- Excellent English skills, both in speaking and in writing
