Group Financial Controller
We are in search of a seasoned Group Financial Controller adept at navigating the complexities of the group’s financial management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This role requires not only a deep understanding of financial processes but also the resilience and agility to manage pressure effectively. As a key player in our finance team, you will lead the financial operations of Nordic Sports Brands Group and its subsidiaries, ensuring they align with our business objectives while swiftly responding to changing scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and refine financial reporting processes.
• Oversee cash flow management, ensuring robust financial health.
• Implement and enhance procedures for internal accounting and cost monitoring.
• Strengthen internal control frameworks to mitigate risks.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with external auditors to ensure compliance.
• Lead high-performing finance professionals and work closely with external accounting partners.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in financial management roles.
• Exceptional skill in navigating financial complexities in a dynamic setting.
• Strong resilience and ability to manage pressure effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of FAS, financial reporting, taxation, VAT, and auditing.
• Expertise in planning, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Excellent collaboration qualities and a team player mindset.
• Proficiency in communication in Finnish and English (other Nordic languages seen as an asset) and adeptness at presenting complex information.
• Highly organized with a talent for prioritizing competing demands.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI
