Robit Plc. is looking for a Group Financial Controllerto work in our Group Finance team.Robit Group Finance is responsible for consolidating the financials of the Group companies and preparing interim and annual reports. We ensure timely and reliable financial reporting complying with IFRS and legal requirements. Our team maintains and develops all processes related to financial and management reporting. The Group Finance team is also responsible for Group treasury control. Each team member contributes to various areas within the Finance function of a global Group.

Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and ensure the correctness of Group monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting (IFRS) and contribute to the external reporting process.
- Consolidate Group Financials using the IBM Cognos Controller group consolidation system.
- Coordinate Group financial reporting with local teams and external accounting service providers.
- Provide support, guidance, and instructions to local finance teams regarding IFRS reporting matters, accounting, taxation, and related processes.
- Develop and maintain Robit Group's accounting manual and internal processes.
- Auditor co-operation.
Key success factors:
- Preferably minimum of 3 years of prior experience in external accounting or auditing.
- Capability to prepare Group Financial statements and reports in a tight schedule.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both Finnish and English. Please note that the master language of our financial reporting is Finnish.
- Experience and knowledge of IBM Cognos Controller and Netsuite ERP are seen as positive, but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive approach, and capability to deliver results.
