Global Program Manager

Landis+Gyr's Global Technology Office is looking for an experienced Global Program Managerto join our global team. As a Global Program Manager, you will be responsible for bringing initiatives together with concrete business requirements to deliver new Flexibility Management & Analytics solutions. You will provide an umbrella function and coordinate a range of activities in the fields of Flexibility Management & Analytics, including development Software applications, load switch devices, partnerships, and integration work. You will develop and manage a program across the different initiatives to ensure gradual delivery of the features and operational readiness of Flexibility Management and Analytics solutions end-to-end. 

As a Global Program Manager, you will: 
-    be responsible for the program planning, performance, quality, and cost.
-    manage multiple development teams and subcontractors within the scope of Flexibility Management & Analytics globally to ensure delivery of end-to-end solutions according to roadmap and contractual agreements.
-    lead and direct resources to fulfil all contractual obligations, performance levels, and service levels for one or more complex customer programs. 
-    be responsible for customer interface, subcontracts, building out new business expansion, operations, and maintenance of the network.
-    work closely with the Global Product Manager, Solution Architects, and the customer to develop program schedules, program management plans, deployment plans, materials forecasts, and other plans. 
-    provide leadership, guidance and coaching to members of the program team. 
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 
-    university degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar 
-    several years of experience in Program or Project Management and experience of working in international teams 
-    proven ability in leading and influencing individuals and organizations not under a direct reporting relationship. 
-    experience in Software and cloud technologies are benefits. 
-    experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
-    excellent communication skills and well-organized ways of working 
-    project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a benefit.
-    fluency in English, preferred German, or French 
-    computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.
