We at Clevry are looking for a Cyber Security Penetration (Security Testing) Trainee for our client Nokia Technologies. The position that we are looking to fill is a part to full-time position with the minimum expectation of 50% per week and 12 months of fixed-term employment, starting in May 2024.
The Cyber Security team is responsible for the end-to-end security of Nokia Tech business applications and Platforms. As a Trainee you will be setting up penetration testing environment, for example, Kali Linux, Burp suite, Metasploit, social-engineering tool kit, etc. hacking tools. You will be running penetration testing against TECH websites & Internal servers and documenting security findings. Your tasks will also include helping the team to mitigate the security findings and re-run the tests to ensure security vulnerabilities are fixed.
We are interested in candidates pursuing a Master's degree in IT security or a related field. The candidate is expected to have Linux and Python coding skills and strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We expect that the candidate has an excellent level of English skills. Further, we see that the open-minded, positive, and proactive attitude as well desire to learn is highly appreciated.

· Setting up Penetration testing environment for example Kali Linux, Burp suite, Metasploit, social-engineering toolkit, etc. hacking tools

· Help the team to mitigate the security findings and re-run the tests to ensure security vulnerabilities are fixed.
This is what we are looking for
· Current Master's student in the required field.
· Penetration testing skills
o Setting up testing environment e.g. with Kali, Burp, Metasploit, social engineering toolkit, etc. hacking tools
o Knowledge of OWASP web security testing guide & other secure development frameworks
o Knowledge of red teaming / social engineering / phishing etc. techniques
o Knowledge of attack types and vectors
· Vulnerability management
o Technical evaluation of the found vulnerabilities
o Help solution teams plan remediation / mitigation actions
· Network security
o Network architectures and segmentation
o Next-gen firewall management
o Network traffic analysis and monitoring
o Firewall rule analysis
· Strong and positive interpersonal skills and a proactive and diligent approach to accomplishing tasks.
· Fluency in both written and oral English and excellent communication skills.
· Strong initiative, analytical skills, and the ability to develop creative solutions.
· Flexible attitude and fast learning skills.
