Your key responsibilities
As Controller in our Group Accounting Team, your work is a combination of routine tasks related to monthly and quarterly reporting, and various analysis for top management. You will also participate in development and administration of reporting systems for month end reporting, forecasting, and planning. We are in the middle of implementing a new group reporting system - join us and be a part of the change!
This role is hybrid remote and based in Finland, in our offices in Hyvinkää and Espoo. The role reports to Group Business Controller, and works closely together with our global controller community.

What should you bring?
- 2+ years of work experience in a controller position or from an auditing firm, group experience is a strong advantage
- Master's degree in Business Economics or Accounting, or similar
- Eagerness to take on challenges, and a flexible attitude
- Excellent social skills and a service mindset - able to work in a team with people from different parts of the organisation and of different nationalities
- Great analytical skills, precise and structured working style
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with Hyperion, OneStream, or another group consolidation tool; PowerBI, QlikView and SAP experience are an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills, basic knowledge of VBA is an advantage
