We are currently looking for a Controller to join our Finance team in Espoo for a permanent position.
Peek into the role: What you'll be doing
As a Controller, you will be responsible for the management accounting and reporting including forecasting and budgeting processes. You will also play a key role in the modeling and financial analysis of our planned production investments. You will work closely with your colleagues in the development of our financial and ICT capabilities and processes. Our office is in Otaniemi, Espoo. We work flexibly, both remotely and at the office. Our finance team meets at the office weekly. This role does not require traveling.

What kind of expertise are we looking for?
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Several years (7+) of experience in management accounting tasks, preferably in in the process industry or significant CAPEX projects, you know your way around investment analyses and project financing.
- Experience in financial accounting is seen as an advantage, in a small team we cover each other as needed.
- Expertise and familiarity with comprehensive company-wide financial practices.
- A relevant education – e.g., B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Engineering.
- Full proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in Finnish.
