Fiber Foodservice Europe is part of the Fiber Foodservice Europe- Asia- Oceania segment, one of Huhtamaki Group's three business segments, that offers high quality molded fiber and paperboard packaging for fresh food and beverages. We serve quick service and fast casual restaurants, coffee shops and vending operators as well as egg, fruit and vegetable producers.
Our Fiber Foodservice Europe Region is now looking for a Business Controller to strengthen and support our Regional leadership team & controlling team in performance management topics and strategic projects.
In this role you will fully support reporting processes and develop tools and practices together with the region and market teams. You proudly take ownership of delivering high quality figures on time and in full and step up to challenge and coach the markets and business units to improve performance and share best practices. The role provides you also with an interesting opportunity to get involved into potential acquisition projects and integration projects with hands on support. The position can be based in any Huhtamaki location across Europe and reports into the Head of Finance Europe Fiber Foodservice.

- Region FP&A.
- Reporting and coordination of monthly deliverables, budget and strategy materials.
- Providing timely, accurate and insightful analysis for business and finance community.
- KPI's benchmark such as efficiency and profitability.
- Contribution to the business planning process.
- Proactively take on responsibility in the allocated areas of work.
- Drive global business/finance development projects as defined.
- Motivated to learn, develop self professionally, and take on responsibility in a proactive manner.
- Flexibility, willingness and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with simultaneous work assignments.

- Strong communication skills.
- IT literacy: MS Office, excellent excel skills, proven capability to learn reporting tools. Oracle, JDE, Hyperion desirable.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Relevant working experience of 2-3 year in similar position
- University degree or equivalent in Finance or Business Administration
