We are looking for a Business Controller/Controller, Business Reporting & Accounting to join the Energy NB Business Reporting Team.
Position information:
Preferred location is Vaasa, Finland with hybrid remote work possibilities. Other Wärtsilä locations in Finland will also be considered.
This is a maternity leave replacement, the position temporary 2 years.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly, quarterly and annual result reporting for Energy NB, including global period-end closing tasks Project RA + settlements, order book and EPC POC reporting
- Analysis of global project cost calculations that are based on Energy NB revenue recognition. Ensuring data quality
- Provide ad hoc reports and business analysis to stakeholders
- Actively participate in developing controlling activities as well as developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Economics
- Good understanding of financial accounting and internal reporting
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Experience in SAP FICO, QlikView reports
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, take initiative and achieve results
- Development-oriented and innovative mindset
- English communication skills, both written and spoken
