We are now looking for Assistant Business Controller, KONE IT to act as a business partner for key IT leaders by driving and monitoring the business performance and providing financial insightwith Business Controller.
In this role, you support KONE IT functions e.g. by validating the accuracy of financial data, creating & developing reports and by training IT organization to better understand and utilize available financial data. You are additionally responsible for supporting the planning and reporting process according to global guidelines with the business leaders. You report to Head of Business Controlling KONE IT.

In this role, you get to:
- Be a driving force in Finance Business Partnering to your stakeholder base with Business Controller.
- Support Business Controller in analyzing and monitoring the business performance
- Collect, compile, verify and analyze financial information to support IT organization in making business decisions
- Support the operations by providing insight to IT development portfolio and services performance, following efficiency, develop the controlling and business models to understand profitability and lifecycle value of IT projects
- Develop ways of working of shared service centers & partners (i.e. P2P process)
- Define and follow up action with business leaders
- Hands-on support of the month-end reporting process, and supporting the business in setting and following yearly budget targets
- Participate in developing KONE IT finance processes and tools in accordance with KONEWay
We expect you to have:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or industrial engineering
- 1-2 years of experience in the field of business controlling
- Positive can-do attitude that translates to being able to influence business to better performance
- Good communication skills, ability to speak up and challenge the business with well-rounded arguments
- Analytical mindset, understanding the big picture but also attention to detail
- Eagerness to work cross-functionally with a large pool of stakeholders in international environment
- Good level of skills with Microsoft tools (particularly Excel) SAP and Apptio
- Fluency in English
