As Architecture Lead for the Service Domain (Change Execution Initiative), you will be accountable for Target and Transition Architecture and will play a valuable role in supporting the Service Domain to secure that customer and business demands will be met in an optimal way, and aligned to business and architecture strategies.

- Provide clarifications and recommendations for Target and Transition Architecture options to executive decision makers
- Manage architectural enabler backlog for the Service Domain
- Develop Architects allocated to the Service Domain and Ways of Working with Architecture
- Govern that Solution Architecture Designs are aligned with Target and Transition Architectures
- Participate in managing dependencies across Service Domains
The role is based in Helsinki; Høje Taastrup; Oslo; Stockholm.

Your experience and background:
- Leading diverse teams as a functional leader or technical project leader
- Driving enterprise architecture design in banking or similar industries
- Driving alignment and resolving conflicts across business areas, change execution and technology
- Contributing constructive feedback to fellow architecture community members and contributing to the maturation of the architecture practice and getting in control of Change and Run for the wider Nordea Group
