The role
Are you a visionary leader who is passionate about driving Commercial Excellence? We are looking for a VP, Commercial Excellence who will be accountable for building new capabilities and driving Commercial Excellence across the Fazer Group Commercial organization. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced analytics and insight for Commercial Excellence, supporting and driving sales development and digital sales in Commercial Units, and gathering and driving best practices and tools for sales execution, including the leverage of AI. You will lead shopper marketing and in-store excellence in Fazer and be accountable for creating a world-class Perfect Store concept. You will have a team of sales analytics professionals reporting directly to you, and in matrix you will be leading the marketing activation teams and Category Leads in Commercial Units.
You will report to Chief Commercial Officer, Fazer Group. Location of this position can be any of the Fazer offices, preferably in Vantaa, Stockholm or Copenhagen. Frequent traveling is included in the role.
The person
We expect you to have minimum of 15 years' experience of working in sales leadership and commercial development positions in consumer-goods industry. You are especially strong in shopper marketing, in-store execution and sales excellence implementation. Strong leadership experience combined with outstanding execution skills are needed in this position. You are known as a fluent communicator with the ability to inspire, motivate and create commitment in others as well as promote cross-functional collaboration. Also, the capacity to lead and work in a constantly changing environment is a must-have. Your professionalism is based on a Master's degree in a suitable field. You have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English. Other languages is an asset.
