ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Technical Solution Engineer you will analyze, plan, develop and suggest charging solutions by using information got from customers and sales. You will provide cost calculations and delivery time estimations for sales based on inputs from the engineering team. You will also act as project manager and follow-up and secure that our solutions meet customer expectations technically and in timely manner.

You can be located anywhere in Denmark as this role is fully remote.

- Representing the company as a technical consultant - at all organizational levels about technical possibilities of products, systems, and services
- Defining charging solution proposals for Sales Team including product selections, cost calculations, and delivery time estimations.
- Maximizing the amount and quality of information available when executing the customer projects.
- Attending sales handover meetings and provide information to assist the engineering and production teams
- Educating, teaching, and training customers regarding our software functions and capabilities.
- For some key customers/projects managing the delivery of the solution up to the final release to customers
- Visiting, informing and advising colleagues and/or customers and/or third parties.
We appreciate candidates with an independent working style and interest in developing new. In this role, occasional traveling is required.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- >5 years of working experience at least in one of the following areas: Electrical, electronics, product development, product management or project management
- MSc. or BSc. Degree
- We value experience in electrical design and electrical contracting.
- Experience in EV or EV charging industries are remarkable merits.
- Curiosity to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of EV charging solutions.
- A customer-oriented mindset, ability to understand customer needs and processes.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Superior organizational, time management, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally
