Requirements
- Technical knowledge and mindset to support communication and understand customer request specifics.
- Systematic and thorough approach towards strategic/operational goals and their fulfillment.
- Good interpersonal skills. Ability to explain and "sell" ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
- Fluent Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office software: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook. Familiarity with 3D/CAD software is a plus.
- Additionally, we expect applicants to have the ability to solve problems creatively.
- Ability to coordinate projects and teamwork allocation based on Aste's strategic goals.
