As the Tech Academy Lead, you'll lead both the strategic direction and hands-on management of our learning initiatives to build relevant tech capabilities across our markets, including AI and Cloud. Tasked with aligning stakeholders and refining strategies across markets and units, you will uphold the program as well as drive its evolution. Your role is pivotal in fostering tech fluency and cultivating specialized expertise at Telia. With your skills in program management, communication, and efficiency, you will work with Telia's other experts and partners to equip Telia with tech capabilities. Your leadership, together with our internal and external strategic partners, will chart the course for tech excellence within our organization.
As Tech Academy Lead, you will take the lead on building tech capability initiatives, design and manage programs, engage in tech learning community as well as oversee operations and reporting within your field. The role is placed in Telia headquarters in Solna, Stockholm or across Telia footprint (Oslo, Helsinki, Vilnius or Tallinn) and reports to Head of Culture & Growth, Group People & Culture.

In this role you will collaborate with several different stakeholders and colleagues across Telia, such as internal communication professionals, Transformation Leads, as well as interact with the business units and Learning Partners to offer best possible solutions based on identified skill gaps.
Is this you?
We need you to have solid experience from the field of Learning, knowledge in designing and delivering impactful learning programs, preferable from larger international cooperation's. You have the ability to shape long-term tech learning strategies aligned with business needs and a proven experience in overseeing program structures, timelines, and budgets.
You like to guide teams and can manage stakeholders effectively, with excellent networking skills for internal and external collaboration. You know how to communicate effectively to engage diverse audiences and promoting learning initiatives. You are good at operational management, efficiency, and data-driven reporting. Moreover, you have the flexibility to respond to changing tech landscapes and learning needs, fostering innovation in learning approaches.

Only applicable for Lithuanian candidates; working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary of 4800 - 6100 Euro (gross) depending on your level of experience.

The role includes, but is not limited to:
- Collaboratively create and design program concepts based on business needs and market trends.
- Continuously review and refine our programs' vision and strategy to meet evolving needs and encourage to continuous learning and upskilling at different skill levels.
- Creating learning solutions that help build awareness on a basic level, and more in-depth and towards targeted groups.
- Align with internal and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive direction and support.
- Establish and maintain program structure and governance including program documentation and success metrics.
- Align program operations with both Tech and Country-specific needs.
- Integrate new partners seamlessly into the program framework.
- Lead and manage the tech program's brand and identity work, including develop and execute on marketing and communications strategy.
- Coordinate and facilitate ad-hoc events, manage SharePoint updates, and curate Yammer and program communications to foster continuous learning.
