- Deliver engaging training sessions in Finnish, Swedish, and English.
- Innovate and enhance training programs and methodologies.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive training strategies.
- Managing and mentoring the Training Services team.

- Developing and delivering tailored training content.
- Collaborating with other departments to align training with company goals.

- Our ideal candidate has a suitable Bachelor/Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred and possesses a blend of leadership, pedagogical skills, and linguistic prowess.
- As a team lead, you are expected to exhibit exceptional leadership qualities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Previous experience in training and development, coupled with fluency in Finnish, Swedish, and English, is essential.
