Työnkuvaus

Workster works with a client of the leading world-wide software provider by providing exceptional customer care in the online Cloud space. Together, we're looking for a Swedish-speaking Cloud Customer Renewal Specialist who will drive Renewal processes for the existing client base.

Your Role

• Act as primary point of contact for the Swedish customer during the renewals process, building trust & setting the foundation for long term relationship
• Effectively turn renewals leads into opportunities and revenue pipeline by filtering them through different criteria, eg BANT (budget, authority, need and timeline)
• Engage with small and medium businesses across industries, company sizes and types to determine their needs and identify upsell/cross sell opportunities
• Understand customers current license position, leading with cloud technologies to secure customer wins, maximizing up- sell and cross-sell opportunities Collaborating with Solution Specialists and other stakeholders as needed
• Support Renewal process by engaging & co-ordinating multiple stakeholders (PCM, TCM, CE) aligned to customer needs, ensuring Renewal closes on time

Your Qualifications

• Based in Malaga region or willingness to relocate
• Advanced (B2) verbal and written English, proficient or native Swedish
• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite applications and passion for cloud technologies
• Possess general knowledge of the IT industry, with the capacity to learn and retain knowledge about individual products and business solutions quickly and accurately
• Demonstrate your ability to understand customer needs, create and deliver customized, customer-focused pitches and solutions
• Have an achievement and success-driven Personality
• Experience selling Cloud/IT solutions is great to have but not a strict requirement

2 300–2 500 €/kk
