About this opportunity
Welcome to the Wealth Management Finland and the Asset and Wealth Management (AWM) CFO team. We create value by providing value adding analysis and insights to guide in the steering of AWM. As the CFO for Wealth Management Finland, you will leverage the vast experience of the leading bank in the Nordics' finance function, to set and drive the future strategic direction of Wealth Management Finland in close collaboration with its leadership team .
What you'll be doing:

• Be the CFO for Wealth Management Finland
• Formulate and drive comprehensive financial plans to enable Wealth Management Finland's strategy and objectives.
• Manage overall financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.in close cooperation with the business
• Collaborate with the leadership team and internal and external partners to provide financial insights, stimulating growth, and maximizing value.
• Leverage Group Finance professionals to ensure profitability and sustainable development of Wealth Management Finland
• Collaborate with peer CFOs in Nordea to develop best practice analysis and steering

You will be part of the Group Finance unit, reporting to the AWM CFO with a dotted line to the Head of Wealth Management Finland. You'll join a supportive and highly skilled team of CFOs, where collaboration with stakeholders and within the team is always high on the agenda. The role is based in Helsinki.

Your experience and background:

• A minimum of 7+ years relevant work experience
• Professional skills in written and spoken English
• Master's / Bachelor degree in a relevant field
• Experience working with financial planning
• Experience working with relevant applications to conduct financial analysis
• Experience in the wealth management industry is an advantage
