As a Senior Strategic Designer at Vincit, you'll be:
💫 Forming insight and foresight: Research and create holistic understanding of the client's current state and the future they should aim for. Helping them to make smart decisions that take their business forward, and ensuring them to succeed also in the future.
💫 Designing: Work as a strategic partner to our clients and formulate visions, concepts and plans for business strategies, operational and organisational transitions and renewals, and new offerings.
💫 Collaborating: Working closely with different stakeholders with the clients and within Vincit to ensure long-lasting value and impacts.
💫 Working widely across various industries and sectors: Ensuring you'll always have diverse challenges. While many of our projects are confidential, some notable ones include: Framery, GEF Finland, Helen, HSL, HUS, Kalmar, Kesko, Mandatum, Outokumpu, Posti, Reima, Sako, SSAB, Särkänniemi, The New York Times, Transmeri, Valio, Verkkokauppa.com and Wihuri.
What are we looking for?
🎯 Experience in solving complex problems, and using a strategic and holistic approach.
🎯 Ability to communicate business value in diverse contexts, e.g. confidence to sell, lead and work on projects that deliver real value and results.
🎯 Analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving skills, ability to see the big picture and the impacts on business and the world around it.
🎯 Positive, curious, and proactive attitude, and talent in inspiring others.
🎯 Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate seamlessly.
🎯 Full proficiency in English, and Finnish skills are a big plus.
Desirable Skills:
💎 Understanding the role of megatrends such as Sustainability, AI and Data in design and business development. An interest and ability to measure impact and value.
💎 Experience in Enterprise, Business and/ or Service design.
💎 Leadership skills, great verbal and visual communication skills.
