We are looking for aSenior Product Designer to join Elisa Smart Energy Solutions team. You will befirstworking onaconsumer-focused application(mobile/web)and its B2B backendinterfaces.You are workingas a part of a teamwitha product owner, businessstakeholdersand a dev team to designnew experiences fromgroundup and to improveexisting designs.Youwill beasked to make complex things simple and intuitive,design user interfacesthat are pleasant to use and work for wide demographics.You will be workingatbothhigherUX-conceptlevelanddeliveringpixel-perfect-UIdesigns for development.In addition to general UI/UX design, you will be working a lot withdata visualization– for bothintuitive consumer views and powerful expert views.Previousexperience with data visualization isexpectedto succeed inthis job.

What you are great at
- Creating UX flows, UI component descriptions, and UI specifications with Figma
- Visualizing datafor both general population and experts
- DesigningUI/UXfor iOS,Androidand desktop web
- Presentingyour designs clearly to stakeholders andteammates,elaborating,discussingand reasoningyour design decisions, but also listening alternative viewpoints
- Using both qualitative and quantitative datain makingdesigndecisions
- Gathering theunderstanding of customer needs and communicate findings to internalstakeholders
- Workingclosely withteammates,developersand business stakeholdersto understand business and technicalrequirements
- Aligning your designs with a larger designer community and leveraging the work of others where applicable
- Facilitating workshops with stakeholders
You have
- At least 5 years relevant work experience (UX, UI, product design for mobile and web, consumer and B2B applications, data visualization)
- Solid understanding of usability and accessibility
- Experience withcross-platform UI frameworks (for exampleReact Native,FlutterFlow)
- Experienceworkingwith designsystems
- Good knowledge about planning and conducting usabilitytests
- Eye for detail anda great senseof aesthetics and functionality
- Proficiencyin using design tools, especiallyFigma
- Great communicationskills in English, both oral and written
- Eagerness to learn and grow
- Diverse design portfolio that demonstrates your skills
We also appreciate if you have
- Up-to-date knowledge with the latest interface guidelines for modern mobile and web applications
- Understanding of agile/lean practices
- Skills to write a UX copy
