About this opportunity
Welcome to the P&CS EF FI Partner Services, Credit team. We add value by serving our partners aiming to increase their sales volumes by providing different financing products, mostly leasing & hire purchase, for corporate customers seeking for financing. As the (Senior) Credit Analyst, you'll play a valuable role in handling the credit applications received from our partners as well as offering phone service to our partners in questions related to credit applications and self-service systems they have in use.
What you'll be doing:

• Handling of credit applications by fast and reliable credit analysis for corporate customers
• Proving top class service for partners via different channels (both phone & written communication)
• Bringing your ideas in to the discussion aiming to improve our ways of working, as well as creating more value to partners and customers
• Showing flexibility and positive attitude in changing situations
• Be an active player and building up good collaboration within our team as well as local and global stakeholders like relationship managers in bank, specialists in credit & development department
• Exceeding the given targets by giving everything and more to make our partners satisfied

As the (Senior) Credit Analyst you will:

• Focus on applications for larger investments
• Participate in customer rating process and yearly reviews
• Have possibility to learn from all finance company products including factoring products as well as unsecured products for private customers
• Support bank in their decision making by consulting when it comes to Nordea Finance product offering
• Have possibility to have your own responsibility area to improve our possibilities to succeed also in the future

Your experience and background:

• Excellent IT-skills and capability to learn quickly more
• Experience in both customer services and analytical work
• Fluent in both Finnish and English (professional level), Swedish can be seen as an advantage
• Knowledge of different financing products can be seen as an advantage
