Our team of 15 highly skilled professionals is responsible for every aspect of the service, from specifying new features to development, deployment, operations, and support. The service is currently deployed in Lithuania, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, and Norway.
Our core team working on the service is based in Norway, with expansion into Lithuania. Telia Smart Connect is designed to be cloud-native, harnessing the power of public cloud to ensure rapid development and deployment.

As a senior Android Developer you will play a key role in the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of our next-generation applications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product designers, technical specialists, and fellow developers to troubleshoot issues, define new features, and ensure their successful implementation.
You will be tasked with conducting code reviews and creating automated tests to guarantee the robustness of the code, usability, and overall reliability. Your role will also involve working on bug fixes and enhancing application performance. You will have the opportunity to grow within the team and contribute to other areas of the service, including web frontend, backend, API, and services in time based on areas you would like to grow into.

Is this you?
To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of publishing apps in the app store and possess a deep understanding of Kotlin. Familiarity with third-party libraries and APIs is a prerequisite, along with a comprehensive understanding of the entire mobile development life cycle.
In addition to native Android development, it would be very beneficial to have good understanding in programming languages such as Java, Swift, JavaScript, PHP, Golang, and be familiar with frameworks like Vue.js to support development in other areas of our service.
