Scrum Master

Currently, we are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team in Finland.
Your daily responsibilities:

• Efficiently leading the work of the Azure development team (backlog) in collaboration with the customer and product owners
• Coordinating sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-up meetings
• Consulting and supporting team members in applying agile methods; development of team practices to enhance efficiency and maturity
• Management of internal and external communication related to the Azure platform
• Facilitating effective problem-solving and prioritizing tasks to achieve goals
• Ensuring the quality, relevance, and customer satisfaction of deliverables
• Proactive management of the budget
• Communicating and reporting within the team, to Nordcloud leadership, and to the client
• Occasional travelling in Finland or Europe may be an option, depending on the assignment and your preferences

Your key skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in the role of Scrum Master in various teams
• Minimum 1 year of experience with Azure cloud services
• Familiarity with Azure technologies; application development experience is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of the Scrum framework
• Good understanding of other agile frameworks
• Excellent communication and service management skills
• Experience with demanding clients and situations, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Solution-oriented, forward-thinking, and committed to developing others and yourself
• Experience in the public sector is an advantage
• Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish
• Scrum Master certification and Azure AZ-104 certificate (if you don't have the Azure AZ-104 certificate, we will provide you with a training to obtain it)

The successful candidate is expected to go through a security clearance .
