It means we need your help and can't wait to welcome a new PHPFull-Stack Developer to join the team.

What success looks like in this role in the first 6 months

• You have a good understanding of our product and know the key stakeholders you are working with.
• You have learnt a lot about our business environment, development processes, and technologies.
• You have become an integral part of the team.
• You are working independently with our core product (Omni) and many of the features you have been developing are already in production.

Must-haves

• Experience working in an agile software development team. Ideally in SaaS/PaaS product development environments
• Comprehensive understanding of software development processes and life cycles
• 3+ years hands-on experience on programming a business-critical software
• Strong programming skills with PHP
• Familiar with modern Javascript UI technologies (for new development, we use mainly React, Redux, Javascript, and Typescript)
• Adaptability and eagerness to thrive in a fast-paced, expanding company
• Good communication skills in English. You will need to be able to document, present, and discuss your work with your teammates and other stakeholders. No Finnish skills needed!

Nice-to-haves

• Good understanding on SQL database design.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• You're able to consider both security and performance issues in your software design and development.

• Location: Oulu, Helsinki or Lappeenranta
• Working hours: Full-time.
• Employment period: Permanent
