To succeed in this, following roles are critical, demanding and best of all: rewarding. We are looking for the following positions:
Dynamics 365 Engagement Manager (director)
ensuring a successful project delivery to our clients. Maintaining close relationship with the client and the whole extended project team to always be one step ahead of twists and turns we all know larger ERP programs will encounter. Ownership of the whole deployment delivery portion in our engagements from contracting to steering that project through.
Primary point of contact for our client regarding the engagement
you will help the client through the engagement
advisory level consulting of what should be the logical next steps
Financial accountability towards both the client(s) and CGI
Going through any barriers your engagements might encounter; whatever problems or issues your team(s) or client(s) might face, you are the first spearhead towards the solution
The location of this role is Helsinki, but we operate in a flexible hybrid model. Our diverse teams decide for themselves which flexible working practices suit them best.
