We are now seeking a Manager, Operative Procurement, to join and lead our Procurement team within Aggregates BA in Tampere.
As a Manager of operative Procurement, you will manage the factory´s Operative Procurement. Your primary responsibilities are leading a team of 12 professionals, inventory management, reporting, and cooperating with stakeholders. In this position, you will report to the Director, Strategic Procurement and Supplier Quality.
The location for this position is our Tampere site.
What you'll do
- Supervising, guiding, and motivating team members to achieve goals and objectives. This involves providing team members direction, support, and feedback to ensure productivity and efficiency.
- Facilitating communication with stakeholders. This involves effectively communicating goals, expectations, and updates and addressing any issues.
- Inventory Management and forecasting.
- Reporting Operative Procurement KPIs.
- Developing procurement processes.
- Participating in companywide development projects.
- As a collaborative leader, you easily navigate different stakeholders and take responsibility for collaborating across diverse cultures and environments.
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in technology, economics or other related field
- You work and communicate fluently both in Finnish and English.
- Your working methods are proactive and systematic, and you respect time limits.
