As the Manager of Digital Customer Experience, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of how we connect with our customers.

Customer-centricity lies at the heart of our strategy. We aim to be the best partner for both our resellers and consumer customers, and in this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our Digital Customer Experience. Whether it's through our website, web shop, or online tools, your work will directly impact our ability to serve our customers effectively and innovatively.

This position, which is an integral part of our global marketing team, will be based in Muurame, Finland, adjacent to the world's largest sauna heater factory. While we offer the flexibility of partial remote work, we also value the importance of regular presence in our office to foster teamwork and collaboration. This is a permanent position, offering the chance to grow professionally and personally in a dynamic, international environment.

Your future position:

In this role, you will oversee the development and maintenance of our website and related online tools, ensuring they are customer-centric, user-friendly, and drive business results.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement a Digital Customer Experience and marketing strategy with a development roadmap that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the Digital Customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage and optimize the company website (www.harvia.com) and web shop (https://webshop.harvia.com/), ensuring they are optimized for user experience, conversion, and sales performance. The responsibilities include, for example, development of new features, SEO optimization and planning and creation of content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Products & Solutions, IT) to create and enhance online tools that support our customers' needs.
  • Support regional marketing managers in designing and conducting online campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall digital strategy and brand guidelines.
  • Analyze user behavior and develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online campaigns, website traffic, conversion rates, web shop sales, and overall Digital Customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends and e-commerce best practices to continuously improve the Digital Customer Experience.
  • Manage relationships and oversee the performance of partners providing services to enhance the Digital Customer Experience, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment with our digital strategy

You background, experience, and mindset:

  • Relevant educational background from university or university of applied sciences (e.g., marketing, communications, business and/or service design)
  • Experience in Digital Customer Experience management, digital marketing, use of Digital analytics tools, and CRM. eCommerce experience is an advantage.
  • Interest in driving marketing and Customer Experience with content, data, and tech.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  •  Fluent in Finnish and English, speaking and writing; German is an advantage. ,
  • Great communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with teams across different regions and functions.
