People team

You’ll join a Learning & Development team of 2 people, who will help you succeed in your new role. Together the team takes care of leadership development, soft and meta skills, some language training as well as general onboarding at RELEX.

Join us as a Learning & Development Senior Specialist!

As a Learning & Development Senior Specialist you will own and manage team lead training programs and oversee our general onboarding process.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Design and implement mostly virtual team lead trainings, soft and meta skills trainings in accordance to strategic guidelines and frameworks as well as topical needs
  • Collaborate on team lead learning objectives with leaders in the business, People Operations and using employee survey data
  • Collaborate with other teams and country offices who feed into the global general onboarding process, including employer branding experts and the Talent Acquisition team
  • Ensure the smooth running of the onboarding process, collaborating with internal IT, the Digital Learning Team and functional onboarding leads, including some admin tasks and further developing the automated communications to newbies and team leads
  • Continuously develop your own expertise and professionalism, learning about and applying design thinking, behavioral science and employee engagement perspectives and best practices

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Experience working as a Learning & Development specialist OR robust experience of running team lead training programs in another capacity, e.g. as part of an HR role with focus on L&D
  • Experience in training needs analysis and analyzing training feedback to continually improve the effectiveness of training and Development initiatives
  • Strong project management and organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
  • Experience managing provider relationships and budgets
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, using initiative and adapting to changing situations
  • Knowledge of L&D industry and best practices to elevate learning offering
