The restaurant was voted into the top 50 best restaurants in Finland in 2024. This significant achievement is a recognition by industry professionals of the restaurant's high-quality service, modern Lappish cuisine, and above all, the fantastic atmosphere and unparalleled view. Lapland Hotels Sky is part of Finland's largest private hotel chain, which includes 19 hotels and 9,800 restaurant seats throughout Finland.

We are now seeking a Kitchen Shift Manager for the Sky Kitchen & View restaurant!

As the Kitchen Shift Manager at Sky Kitchen & View, your task is to lead your team exemplarily, ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, and take care of orders, food preparation, and quality in the kitchen. Upholding and cherishing high hygiene standards is also an important part of your job.

• Appropriate education and experience in similar roles
• A sense of responsibility to manage shifts, orders, and ensure the quality of food products
• The ability to innovate and create unforgettable taste experiences for customers
• A desire to develop and inspire those around you
• Good English language skills; Finnish language skills are a plus but not necessary
• Team player attitude and flexibility

Previous supervisory experience is considered a significant advantage. We are looking for a skilled professional whose heart beats for the flavors of the north and the creation of high-quality taste experiences.

The position is full-time and evening-shift focused. Start date is negotiable.
