We’re looking for a
Key Account Manager
to our Refrigeration business sector.  As a Key Account Manager you are working closely to our valued customer in Refrigeration sector. We are working in a hybrid model, so remote work is possible, but presence in one of our offices in Kalanti, Raisio or Helsinki is expected. Our production site is located in Kalanti, so therefore we also expect your presence in our headquarters Kalanti to stay close to the product and collaborate with our other professionals from different departments.
What we’re looking for
There isn’t just one type of personality or skill set that we’re looking for in our sales team. People with different backgrounds and skills could be a perfect match for us and for successing in our sales team. As a Key Account Manager in Vahterus sales organisation you take care and develop your nominated customers. You lead the sales process and act as a first contact person to the customer that has been nominated to you.
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager to our Refrigeration business sector which is one of our three Business sectors. You’ll be working in an international team in close cooperation with our valued customers. Our Key Account Managers works closely together with our other experts inside sales team and with other experts from different functions. You need to have excellent collaboration skills and English will be your daily language. As a Key Account Manager you work in customer service as your nominated customers are your top priority.
As a Key Account Manager you need to have strong technical skills and you need to be interested in engineering and developing solutions and applications together with our customers and our experts inside the organisation. In addition you’re goal driven and you enjoy creating and developing customer relationships with our current and potential customers.
Your daily work will consist of:
  • Managing and taking care of our valued customers in one of our Business Sectors.
  • Leading and developing the customer relationship and managing the whole sales process with your nominated customers.
  • Continuously developing new applications, knowledge together with our customers and colleagues, through seminars, fairs, training and customer events.
  • Assisting clients and sales reps from product selection to start-up and lifecycle support.
  • Educating customers about our products and technology.
  • Visiting our current and potential customers and developing a strong and trustful relationships with them.

We expect you to have
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in e.g. Engineering or other suitable major.
  • A goal- and solution-oriented, innovative approach to technical challenges.
  • An enthusiastic, result-driven and hands-on approach to sales, product and process development.
  • A strong customer service mindset where customer is your top priority.
  • Ideally, experience in technical equipment or application sales, pressure vessels or the heat-exchanger industry.
  • English as your daily work language; other language skills will be seen as an advantage.
