We are looking for a website administrator who is keen to learn and sharpen their skill set in a fast-paced B2B marketing team.

As part of our growing Brand & Creative team, you'll work alongside a group of friendly and highly skilled professionals to help manage our most important brand asset, our website. You will be instrumental in helping our growing website management team to keep content updated, make design updates to the site and help us to deliver our long-term website strategy. You will be responsible for maintaining the drum beat of our content updates as new content and customer announcements are released. As a creative, curious and skilled website administrator, you'll be crucial in supporting the execution of our global marketing initiatives. Your work will help engage and drive impact through RELEX’s marketing events, digital campaigns as well as the website itself. You will have an interest in all things to do with website management, but also demonstrate an interest in how their work could be used to drive impact in a broader business context.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Supporting the ongoing maintenance of the RELEX Solutions website. This will include the publishing of new content, updating existing content and removing content when requested.
  • You will be responsible for working with our communications team to publish new customer announcements, press releases and blogs.
  • You will work with the website management team on UX projects to help improve the site design and performance.
  • You will work with the website management team to help build dashboards and analyse website performance data.
  • Working with the wider brand and creative team to maintain good project management practices by helping to manage workload, respond to briefs and maintain proactive communication with project stakeholders.

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Educated in Computing/similar or equivalent technical experience
  • General interest in web technologies, web development, SEO and/or digital marketing
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) and their role in website management
  • Previous experience of managing content on small to medium websites or ecommerce stores
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
  • Working proficiency in English
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn how websites work at a technical level

What we consider as an advantage:

  • Basic photo editing experience in Photoshop/Canva or similar tool
  • Previous experience in project management tools, like Asana, Monday.com, Jira or Trello
  • Experience in WordPress as well as in managing multi-lingual websites
  • An eye for detail but also an ability to see the bigger picture to ensure the work produced is of a high quality and meets the brand standards
  • Excellent coordination and prioritization skills that help stay on top of deadlines even when priorities around you are changing fast
  • A curiosity and openness to ask questions, seek help and grow in the role
