- Various customer operation responsibilities & active participation in IT projects;
- Scripting and small-scale coding;
- Customer support in 3rd level issues & documentation;
- On-call duty/working off office hours when necessary.
Your experience:
- Skills in Unix/Linux and TPC/IP to start the journey;
- Public cloud competence
- Fluent in both English and Finnish;
- Solid communication skills;
- Previous customer service experience by providing support and outstanding client service;
