Welcome to the TCO Safekeeping and Utilities Analysis team in Business and Institutional Technology. As a team we add value by providing a fit-for-purpose analysis that is fundamental in software development process.
What you'll be doing:
- Work closely with business on defined functional and non-functional requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams onsite and offshore and be ready to thrive in the multinational environment.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation according to the requirement management standards.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with external third parties.
- Are self-driven team player, with very good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining documentation
Your experience and background:
- Familiarity with Safekeeping & Settlement area
- Knowledge of Securities Markets and Trading flows
- FI trading products/applications knowledge
- Former experience as an IT Analyst/Business Analyst is an asset
- Practical knowledge of SQL and/or mainframes is big plus
- Prior experience in any aspect of IT migration processes on various stages will be viewed favorably
- Fluent Finnish and English
