As the current P&C Manager is moving to new positions within IKEA, we are now looking for an experienced People & Culture manager for a permanent and full-time position in the IKEA Espoo store.

For this role we prefer for you to have several years of Human Resources experience, proven advanced training in Human Resources Management or equivalent. You have also worked with the Collective Agreement for commercial sector. You are fluent both in Finnish and English.

• Secure operational excellence in implementing and maintaining people processes and working methods
• Support the development of a value-driven organization and IKEA being a great place to work
• Contribute to build business competence, leadership and talent pipeline and support managers and co-workers in their development, according to the business needs and development plans
• Inspire and empower all co-workers and specifically the P&C team to perform to the best of their abilities and continuously develop in their assignments
• Be an active member in the management team and contribute to the development of the team and its members
• Coach and support managers about people related topics (e.g. performance management and development, team development, change management)

This position is full time and permanent.
Main working place is located in the IKEA Espoo store. The working hours are mainly during the office hours. As part of the management team, we are also working in some evening and weekend shifts.
