As a part of the Marine Business, you will belong to Project Services business line. You will become a part of Project Delivery function and your contribution will be needed to lead a team in Project Delivery for B&C Class projects.
We are looking for a General Manager (GM) to our team in ensuring the highest professional delivery of B&C-class projects towards our customers and ensuring excellent cooperation with our colleagues in developing the sales opportunities.
As a General Manager, you will lead a team of Project Managers & Project Engineers to manage our project deliveries in most successful and efficient approach to ensure best customer satisfaction. Further on, you will be a vital contributor to our newly established team to develop the productisation of small-scale C-Class project to become an integral part for our colleagues in the parts organisation.
You will be a member of the Project Delivery Management Team and report to Director, Project Delivery. You will be located either in Turku, Helsinki, or Vaasa, Finland.
As a General Manager, Project Delivery, your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead, coach and manage Project Teams based on business strategies and Corporate Project Management methodology
- Analyse and give feedback of project portfolio and project management processes concerning own PM teams
- Maintain and develop internal and external relationships and ensure that projects fulfil stakeholder expectations
- Develop and coach own team members towards excellent performance and customer service
- Ensure continuous improvement and operational excellence approach within own team and stakeholders
- Leverage day-to-day activities in your team to the next level
You will shine in this role when:
