As Digital Product Performance Manager, you will lead in managing and evaluating Field Service digital support requests related to our Service Tool applications and vehicle diagnostics. You will provide customer service by communicating with our internal support specialists, dealers, and distributors, and by coordinating the activities with other departments to best serve the needs of the customers. Your Impact 

  • You ensure the proper level of technical support driving fast identification and resolution of issues and engage in new product introductions and major feature and bug fix planning. 

  • You investigate, collect, and prepare structured reports and analyses to manage the field issues according to the defined Global Service Review agenda and follow the appropriate processes. 

  • You collaborate with other internal departments (Engineering and IT) and factories (Product Integrity) to ensure the product meets customer expectations. 

  • You actively assist and monitor technical requests coming from the dealer network and AGCO personnel in the countries. 

  • You provide technical subject expert knowledge mentoring and training internal teams. 

Your Experience and Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or other similar disciplines. 

  • Good technical knowledge of Laptop Windows operating systems, AGCO products, and embedded electronic and diagnostic systems.  

  • Experience with agricultural machinery and diagnostic solutions like OTX, ODX, CAN-Bus, Multiplex networks, and Wireshark is a plus. 

  • Previous experience with aftersales, service or parts organization, or similar is needed. 

  • Availability to travel (up to 20-25%), and fluent English, as this is a global role.
