OsoiteHi there! My name is Harri, and right now I am looking for a Development Manager to work with us in Process Development and Transformation in the Product & Offering LCM team. We are a team that embraces designing and implementing products and services and related capabilities in our catalogue driven architecture. In such a way that they are as modular, re-usable and simple as possible for our customers to buy, our processes to use and our organization to sell and support. Your focus will be in supporting our transformation journey by driving the billing domain development within our order-to-cash flow in the IT architecture and related processes. You will be responsible for analyzing billing domain related business needs, turning them into development activities and ultimately securing concrete deliveries. All the while making sure that we deliver value to our customers – they get correct and clear invoices for the services they have purchased and used – and to our numerous internal stakeholders. You will also have a central role, together with the process owners, in ensuring that we design and implement future-proof, efficient and standardized processes and tools, with a special focus on customer experience.
In this role you will be working in close co-operation with product and offering managers, technology experts, process managers, vendors and, naturally, the other team members.
Is this you?
As a person, you are solution oriented. You embrace problem-solving and logical thinking and want to make things happen. Ideally, you have a university or university of applied sciences degree or similar competence. You have experience on working with billing and invoicing processes and you possess business analyst skills i.e. you are capable of formulating business needs into requirements into concrete design to be implemented. Earlier experience working with IT Telco and Networking products and technologies is considered an asset.
