About this opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Development Lead, to Head the Identity & Channels Team, in our Digital Customer Experience unit that is a part of Aktia´s IT organisation. We are responsible of the digital services such as mobile bank and netbank for both private and corporate customers. Your role is to lead the team and secure the development roadmap in good cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
Be involved in all development in Digital Customer Experience area.
Be responsible for the application management services in Digital Customer Experience area, and the collaboration with outsourcing partners.
Coordinate tasks and deliveries.
Daily cooperation and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Be a role model leader.
Ensure that deliveries and goals are met in a timely manner.
- Empower and coach team members to grow and develop to be at their best.
Who you are
Experience and background:
- At least 2-3 years of leadership experience
- Experience of a technical IT role
- Excellent understanding of IT development
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience of leading roles in successful IT projects
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes.
- Academic degree, bachelor’s, or master’s degree, in relevant field.
