About this opportunity
You will join the Data Risk Reduction Plan which is one of the biggest strategic initiatives in Nordea and which focuses on reducing the Data Risk associated with processes for risk reporting and risk modelling. You are experienced in dealing with Data Risks and you have a proven track record in data management. It is not mandatory but an added advantage that you are knowledgeable in the domain of Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) Standard 239.

What you'll be doing:
- work closely with data architects and IT specialists in the programme as well as with many subject matter experts from Business Areas and Group Functions across Nordea.
- use data lineage mapping to identify Data Risks that must be remediated to become compliant.
- contribute to enhancing the quality and governance of risk data
- be part of improving the data infrastructure to reduce Data Risk
The role is based in Helsinki; Stockholm; Warszawa.

- Relevant Master's or Bachelor's degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with superior Excel skills
- Can write and speak English on a superior level
