We are now looking for a Coordinator to join our Parts Coordination Management, Internal Customers & Global Support- team. The preferred location for the position is in Turku or Vaasa, Finland.
Your role and responsibilities:
In this position, you will, together with our team of PCM Coordinators, be accountable for processing internal and external customers’ spare parts requests in a timely and high-quality manner aligned with customers´ expectations. For us to be the best match, we expect you to have an understanding of international business and experience working with spare parts and logistics. We are looking for you with a positive mindset and a genuine interest in working towards building strong customer relationships. For you to succeed in the position, we hope you have a clear and structured approach to your work and focus on quality.
Requirements for the position:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Interest in process optimisation & development
- Open-minded and agile personality
- Flexibility and good team working skills
- Positive attitude and proactive thinking
- Good customer service skills
- Capability to work in a global and virtually led team
Qualifications/to be able to succeed in the position we expect you to have:
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree (technical or commercial)
- Experience in customer service
- Experience with spare parts order & logistics
- English language skills (fluent)
