Assembly & Test Technician

Hi there!
We are seeking for an Assembly & Test Technician for our site in Tampere!
Your role
As the Assembly & Test Technician, you ensure production operations and processes run reliably and efficiently. Your work spans from production planning support into practical final assembly and acceptance testing work.
You will work closely with experienced product development professionals to ensure that the manufactured products fulfil the performance expectations and meet the required high-quality standards. On the other hand, in this role you will have an opportunity to make an impact to the direction to where our production capability and capacity will go in future. The position requires on-site work.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Performing assembly, modification, and checkout of electromechanical systems
• Ensuring customer orders are completed on time, quality standards and targets are met
• Supporting Production planning
• Participating prototype bring-up camps

Your profile
Required skills:

• Few years equivalent working experience from electronics industry
• Planning and organisation skills to be able run and monitor the production process
• Self-drive and capability to independent work
• Understanding about electronics manufacturing and product final assembly processes
• Ability to effectively interface with design teams and other stakeholders
• Fluent spoken and written communication skills in Finnish, good communication skills in English

We also appreciate:

• Experience with production test tools
• Soldering skills or willingness to learn, able to work with small mechanical parts
• IPC-A-610 certification
• Positive and open-minded attitude
