Your responsibilities

• Main Accountabilities:
• 1. Payment processing, ensuring accurate processing and tracking.
• 2. Monthly closing, performs necessary activities within the Accounts Payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• 3. Executes analysis and reports as assigned and takes appropriate action as necessary.
• 4. Complies with and helps achieve Internal Control over Financial Reporting compliance in Accounts Payable for applicable templates. Participates in internal control testing and prepares relevant documentation.
• 5. Ensures all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction.

Your background

• - College student, major in Finance and Accounting.
• - Good oral and written English.
• - Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy. good written and verbal communication skills
• - Good Microsoft office skill. Macros and desktop skill is preferred.
• - Easy going, optimistic, patient, persevering, good inter-personal skills, with result orientation and customer orientation.
