- A dynamic person with a proven track record in leading technology adoption initiatives within complex organizational structures.
- Highly skilled in interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution, capable of building strong relationships across diverse teams.
- A strategic thinker with a keen understanding of organizational dynamics and change management principles.
- Preferably with a background in non-technical field, highlighting an emphasis on people and organizational skills over technical expertise.
- Someone who embodies perseverance, charisma, and politeness, with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards embracing change.
- Excellent communication capabilities with fluency in English and Finnish.
- Can-do attitude and hands-on working style.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
